Khan's portrayal of the stubborn antagonist Miraal in Sabaat cemented her place as a notable actor in Pakistani cinema. Khan made her screen debut in the Hum TV television series Badi Aapa in 2012,[4] and has since had small appearances in several successful television shows. She rose to popularity as a self-centered opportunist.

Sarah was born to a Lebanese mother and a Pakistani father in Medina, Saudi Arabia. [9]

Khan made her acting debut as a supporting character in the 2012 Hum TV series Badi Aapa, in which she played the daughter of the main protagonists. She then starred in the telenovela Mirat-ul-Uroos, which aired on Geo TV in the same year. Along with Mehwish Hayat, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Ahsan Khan, Samina Ahmad, and Ayesha Khan, she performed the lead role of Humna.
